OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Within the framework of an effective and efficient management approach, GÜNER KUZU CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. considers occupational health and safety as a priority in all its activities and fulfills all necessary measures to ensure that its employees are in a safe working environment.

In this respect, we aim to continuously improve occupational health and safety processes by fully complying with national and international standards to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases.

1. Our Approach to Occupational Health and Safety

As GÜNER KUZU CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC., we believe that all our employees, subcontractors and solution partners should have  high awareness about occupational health and safety and we adopt a proactive approach in this regard.

Within this scope:

• Our occupational health and safety policies are structured within the framework of Labor Law No. 4857, Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, relevant regulations and international standards (TSE EN ISO 9001).
• All relevant physical conditions and technical arrangements are meticulously maintained in accordance with occupational safety legislation.
• Employees and subcontractors are continuously trained on occupational health and safety, and the awareness that individuals are responsible not only for their own health and safety but also for their colleagues' health and safety is strengthened.
• Employees knowledgeable about occupational safety contribute to the development of a safe working environment.

2. Accident and Risk Management

GÜNER KUZU CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. implements a comprehensive risk management system to prevent occupational accidents and minimize risks.

• In case of possible occupational accidents or occupational diseases, all necessary investigations and inspections are carried out in accordance with the legislation, quickly and effectively, and all relevant parties are cooperated with in this process
• Risk management systems are developed to take preventive measures by analyzing the causes of accidents in detail.
• Where necessary;
• Occupational safety procedures are being reviewed,
• Subcontractor and material selection processes are being re-evaluated,
• Business processes are being renewed and made more secure.
